Open Blocktick, drop in your file, and choose how you want others to prove it’s real. Pick a template (certificate, contract, transcript, report), add fields such as owner, issuer, date, and tags, then decide where to anchor the proof: Bitcoin, Ethereum, EOS, or a combination for higher redundancy. Blocktick records only the file’s cryptographic fingerprint, never the file itself. Set access rules, add a QR label or shareable link, and publish. Anyone you authorize can view the document, while any third party can verify its fingerprint against the public chain without needing access to your storage.

For day‑to‑day operations, organize documents into collections by project or department, control permissions by role, and freeze versions before issuing. Use batch upload to process hundreds of certificates at once from a CSV, apply default metadata, and schedule issuance for a future date. If something changes, revoke a record and reissue a corrected version with a linked trail. Automate reminders for expiring credentials and set retention windows for compliance. Blocktick recalculates the hash locally and confirms the on‑chain match, network, and timestamp. Auditors can export a verification report for records and compare it with internal IDs. HR teams can confirm diplomas and employment letters before onboarding. Finance can validate invoices from vendors. Legal can ensure a contract version hasn’t changed since signature. Developers can wire Blocktick into apps and pipelines with the REST API or SDKs. On upload, compute the hash in your service, call Blocktick to anchor on one or more chains, and store the returned receipt alongside your record.
